Our implementation plan is structured to ensure all project activities will be completed by December 31, 2025, as required by the grant. The plan is divided into six phases, with the first three phases directly funded by the grant.
The grant funding is strategically allocated to create a self-sustaining business model that can continue scaling beyond the grant period, with clear customer acquisition targets and revenue projections that demonstrate viability and growth potential.
